Paid Internship in Event Coordination

Our raison d'être is to contribute to a better policy making through discussion and debate. We help companies and organizations to make their voices heard towards relevant policy makers and stakeholders through both in-person and virtual events.

• Assist the team with the overall coordination projects.
• Collecting offers and negotiating prices from venues and subcontractors.
• Coordination with the selected venues and subcontractors.
• Assist with the operational tasks of events in our studio.
• Assist with the coordination of our meeting rooms.
• Assist with the preparations for our events.
• Office management.
• Registration management.
• Managing and updating our contact list.

• Relevant university degree: event management, business, communication or similar.
• Fluent in English and French (written and oral). Any additional EU language would be considered an asset.
